What a pleasure it was to work with David and his crew on our recent remodeling job. We live in an area where it is virtually impossible for you to get a contractor to come and look at your project much less come back with a detailed project list and a fee schedule to match. I have dealt with many many contractors during my 73 years. I used to hire several a month to work on my clients homes. Of all of the contractors I have used, beyond any question, Patriot Construction is the very best. I am very particular about the quality of the work done in my home. The contract I gave you, around $50,000, encompassed many types of work – tile, custom bath, custom kitchen, and floors throughout the home. All of the work was done in what I can only term a perfect fashion and at a very reasonable price at that. I have been unable to find a single instance of poor workmanship or shoddy materials. He was able to guide us and keep us on track through this complicated process, from the planning and the selecting of materials and fixtures to the final inspection.
